CLOSE

Having houses in two cities could result in one being a compromise, but not in this case. Our client, a constant traveller needed a Melbourne base that could be used as a professional workspace whilst creating a welcoming and relaxed home.

Replanning this generic Docklands apartment to do all these things was a challenge. A large deep olive coloured sliding wall panel glides across the main space dividing work spaces from living. It also converts the working study into a self contained guest suite.

Custom designed joinery, the judicious selection of classic furniture and upgraded lighting, together with the panoramic views of the city, make living in the sky a pleasure. This apartment now has the style and function of a great boutique hotel, but with warmth and welcome of home.
