TriBeCa Loft

Once a former wrapping paper factory this fourth floor Tribeca loft, has been transformed into a sanctuary in which our client’s call home. Having previously worked with this savvy client on two Australian projects, our brief was to create a sense of ‘Australia’ amongst their busy professional lives and Manhattan location.

Inspired by the NSW Blue Mountains, dusky blue and purple upholstery is complemented by warm timbers and vibrant yellow tones. Our primary aim in this vast space was to create multiple living areas to provide both intimacy and flexibility. A small library / sitting space between the dining and living areas creates multiple zones for relaxation and entertaining. A custom banquette seat along the length of the eastern wall provides both storage and a connection to the Manhattan street scape beyond.
