Carlton Learning Precinct

This bold and youthful narrative provides visual links between public and private spaces and complements the architecture and interior finishes.

Encapsulating the Carlton Primary School, Family Services and an Early Learning Centre, the Carlton Learning Precinct celebrates inclusion, acceptance, diversity, and fun. Reflecting the values and services of this important community zone, external and internal building identification, signage, and wayfinding prioritises clarity and form to aid user journeys, while its vibrant and playful personality engages and welcomes staff and visitors.

Inspired by the structure and colour found in flags and educational toys, combinations of shape and colour form the core visual identity – whether expressed as three-dimensional street sculpture or slimline internal room identification, these bold, youthful, and engaging solutions provide visual links between public and private spaces and complement the architecture and interior finishes.
