With its focus on the home and family, Rosa’s approach to cooking is truly Sicilian. The recipes Rosa cooks in her classes are ones that have been passed down through generations of her family, recipes that she has subsequently developed and mastered as her own.
Our approach was to draw on this tradition and create an identity rich with images of Rosa’s family enjoying life around the kitchen table. By introducing bold icons of the modern day cook: spoon, spatula, whisk etc, a striking contrast is created against the muted tones of the monochromatic photographs.
